All products and services offered on PulseTV.Services are digital items delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped; therefore, traditional “returns” do not apply.

- If you did not receive the digital design or service you purchased, and
- You contacted us within 7 days of purchase.
2.2 Technical Issues
- If a technical issue prevents you from accessing or downloading the delivered files, and
- We are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable support attempts.
2.3 Design Error
- If the delivered design contains a significant error that does not match the requested specifications, and
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the final file.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service delivery
- You approved a draft, concept, or final design
- The design was successfully delivered according to the agreed details
- The dissatisfaction is based on personal preference after work has been completed
- You fail to provide the required materials or information for the project
- Misuse, improper editing, or modification of the delivered files
Since digital products cannot be “returned,” once a design has been delivered and downloaded, it becomes non-refundable unless it falls under the eligibility criteria above.

You may cancel your order before any work has started for a full refund.
4.2 After Work Has Started
Once the design process has begun, cancellations may incur a partial refund depending on the work completed.
